Whats better than a hot chocolate on a chilly winters evening? a WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE! And i’m going to tell you how to make it – its the easiest thing in the world.
You’re going to need 50g of white chocolate… and a cup of whole milk (leave the skinny milk in the fridge!) Don’t forget your wooden spoon and saucepan.
Pour the milk in to the sauce pan and pop it on the hob on medium heat. Then break up the white chocolate in to chunks, (no scoffing any) and stir continually until its all melted. Just before it begins to boil take it off and tip it in to your favourite mug.
You can add whipped cream, marshmallows and edible glitter if you like, but I like it all on its own. Mmmm…

- 1 cup of whole milk
- a saucepan
